You can’t change your water supplier but there are other ways you can save money.

If you’re a United Utilities customer

• ​You can apply for a grant to cover current charges and any arrears. Click on the United Utilities Trust Fund link on the right.
• United Utilities run a scheme called WaterSure that gives help to metered customers who use large amounts of water for essential purposes. Click on the WaterSure link on the right.

If you’re a Yorkshire Water customer

Yorkshire Water Community Trust helps customers in genuine need, who are in arrears with their charges. You can be eligible for this support. Click the link on the right
