Sold the car to pay for the operation to save the life of the bitch
One man, Milton Alves, went from veterinarian to veterinarian to try to save the life of his bitch Myna, a Grand Danois. Milton Alves sold the car, which was a Volkswagen Golf MK1, but when some of his friends knew what he had done, they created a joint account so that he could save Myna and keep the car he likes so much.
What happened was that the bitch, Myna, was operated on the heart, an operation that took about three hours. And it had to be operated twice.
Milton explains that when he came to pick her up at 6:00 p.m., but when it was 11:00 p.m., she saw that something was not right with her, and went to Emergencies to Famalicão once again. Things got complicated and the vet advised to take the dog to Porto, thus contacting the hospital, so that they were ready to receive Myna.
At this moment the bitch is sedated and intubated, and the next few hours will be decisive.
Milton confessed that she had trouble with her, because when Myna was young, she did not have the strength to hold onto her hind legs. But his love for his four-legged friend never declined, just grew, as Milton is willing to sell the car to help the bitch.
He already has a buyer for the car, but is waiting for an eventual solidarity from third parties, to see if he can keep the car, and says in relation to this: "The malta knows that I like MK1, but I still like Myna."
In the video, which was made at 6:25 am, we can see Milton Alves showing two invoices, the first of 1588 euros and the second of 298 euros.
